| | A Utah man was among the victims of the assailant who killed three people and injured dozens more in an attack near Parliament, his family said Thursday. Kurt Cochran and his wife, Melissa, who was hospitalized with serious injuries after the attack, had traveled to London to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary, the family said.
