Gary Cohn, President Trump’s top White House economics adviser, to resign after tariff disagreement

Cohn's resignation follows last week's announcement by Trump that he was putting a 25% tariff on imported steel and a 10% tariff on aluminum. That move has led trading partners to threaten retaliation and opened the way for a trade war the president said he welcomed.
