New surveillance footage shows the actions of former deputy Scot Peterson outside Parkland, Fla., high school during shooting, sheriff says

  The footage shows former Broward County sheriff's deputy Scot Peterson, who was armed and assigned to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School during the Feb. 14 shooting in which 17 people died, according to the sheriff's office. "The video speaks for itself. His actions were enough to warrant an internal affairs investigation," a news release said.
