Officials asked tourists, residents and some park employees to leave the heart of Yosemite National Park Tuesday as heavy smoke from a spreading wildfire settles into the area. California 41 — a highway which serves as the "main artery" into the most popular tourist attractions in the park — until at least Sunday.
