A second suspicious package mailed to Joe Biden, Delaware police confirm

Two suspicious packages addressed to former Vice President Joe Biden were found in two Delaware post offices Thursday, law enforcement officials said. The news came a day after a number of high-profile Democrats and their supporters were targeted nationwide. Another package was discovered early Thursday in Lower Manhattan near the offices of actor Robert De Niro.
