Limo company owner's son arrested after fatal New York crash, lawyer tells USA TODAY; charges pending

  Nauman Hussain was taken into custody Wednesday, his attorney Lee Kindlon confirmed to the USA TODAY Network's Albany Bureau. Hussain ran Prestige Limo, owned by his father, Shahed Hussain. New York state police had said Monday the crash that killed 20 was being investigated as a criminal case.
