Americans oppose government shutdown that Trump has threatened over border wall funding, USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll says

By nearly 2-1, Americans would blame President Donald Trump and the Republicans, not congressional Democrats. The president said last week that if he didn't get $5 billion for a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, "we will shut down the government."
