Wisconsin's Republican-controlled Legislature approves plan to limit power of incoming Democratic governor, attorney general

Wisconsin GOP lawmakers worked through the night to pass a lame-duck plan to give them a greater say in running state government as Democrat Tony Evers prepares to take office Jan. 7. Outgoing Republican Gov.
