With youth e-cigarette use on the rise, Surgeon General issues advisory calling for indoor vaping bans, localized taxes

In a rare advisory on Tuesday, Surgeon General Dr. Jerome Adams pushes state and local officials to consider indoor bans and additional taxes to curb youth e-cigarette use.
