Just-released videos show chaos and anguish after a white police officer killed a black security guard in a Chicago suburb in November

Security guard Jemel Roberson, licensed to carry a firearm, was subduing an alleged gunman outside a bar when Midlothian, Ill., officer Ian Covey arrived and shot Roberson to death.
