Sacramento District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert released the results of an investigation during a news conference Saturday. Clark, 22, was an unarmed black man chased as a suspect in a series of car break-ins on March 18, 2018. Police officers told investigators they thought he was advancing on them with a gun when they fired. Clark was found not be carrying a firearm.
