At least nine people are dead and 26 injured after a lone gunman opened fire early Sunday in an entertainment district in Dayton, Ohio, before being fatally shot by police. Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley said Dayton police officers patrolling the area fired on the shooter within a minute.
