News alert: Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine tests negative in second COVID-19 test after initial positive result

A statement from DeWine's office said the Republican governor underwent a different type of test later on Thursday and tested negative after testing positive earlier in the day just before he was to meet with President Donald Trump.
