Dr. Lindsey Thomas, a former county forensic pathologist, testified Friday in the Derek Chauvin murder trial that George Floyd's death was not 'sudden' and instead he died from asphyxia, or low oxygen, due to law enforcement's restraint. Later Friday, the medical examiner who conducted Floyd's autopsy is expected to testify.
