The jury in the trial of former police officer Derek Chauvin has reached a verdict. Chauvin, who is white, was seen on video pinning George Floyd, a Black man, to the ground for over nine minutes after police responded to a report that Floyd used a counterfeit $20 bill. The prosecution argued Floyd died from Chauvin's knee on his neck.
