President Joe Biden will face a divided Congress this evening during his second State of the Union address, where he'll celebrate his administration's successes and propose new policies.

The president is expected to discuss how Democrats and Republicans can work together despite a looming showdown over the debt ceiling and several GOP-led investigations into his administration and family. 

When is the address: Biden will deliver his remarks at 9 p.m EST

How to watch: Major TV networks, including Fox News, MSNBC, CNN and PBS, will provide live coverage. The speech will be livestreamed by USA TODAY.

What else?: Biden is expected to touch on a wide range of other issues, including Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the Chinese surveillance balloon and federal spending.
