Can Kamala Harris and Nancy Pelosi make history once again? Although both Democrats hail from the San Francisco Bay area, Harris and Pelosi are from different political generations and don't know each other well. But Harris will formally accept the Democratic nomination on Thursday – something the vice president can owe to Pelosi .
