You asked, On Politics answers: Clarifying question on Trump's support among women |
Please keep the questions rolling in! On Politics reader Adele Griffin of Carlsbad, California, had a question about my answer in Tuesday's edition on Donald Trump's support among women. Griffin said she was confused why the breakdown of Trump's support between men and women did not equal 100%. |
Just a reminder, I wrote yesterday that among those who support Trump in the latest USA TODAY/Suffolk poll, 51% are men and 36% are women. Among those supporting Harris, 57% women and 38% men. Neither of the two breakdowns add up to 100%. That is because sometimes, respondents refuse to answer poll questions . But it does not mean the data is wrong. An ABC News/Ipsos poll published Sunday also found Harris is leading Trump among women, 54% to 41%. | | | | Attorney General Garland accused Russia of interfering in the 2024 election, with charges against two people and the seizure of 32 internet domains. | | | | In recent presidential election polls, Kamala Harris caught up to Donald Trump.
