BREAKING: A police officer involved in the fatal shooting of a black teenager outside of Dallas has been fired

Jordan Edwards, 15, was shot in the head by police outside a party last weekend. The Dallas County District Attorney's Office said its civil rights team will conduct an "impartial and independent investigation."
