Michael Cohen postpones testifying before Congress, claims 'threats' from President Trump and Rudy Giuliani

Cohen, Trump's former personal lawyer and fixer, was scheduled to testify before a House committee on Feb. 7. "Due to ongoing threats against his family from President Trump and Mr. Giuliani ... Mr. Cohen's appearance will be postponed to a later date," Cohen's spokesman, Lanny Davis, said.
